This is the Access Fitness Bulletin Board!  Here, you will find information, postings about club events, specialty clinics and training sessions and the like!



Lost and Found at the clubs 

WARNING!  Our Lost and Found is emptied at the end of every month! 

Still can't find your missing pair of runners or that t-shirt?  Have you checked our Lost and Found boxes at the clubs?  Ask one of the staff members if you are not sure where they are located.

At the end of each month, we empty the lost and found and donate any unclaimed gear to local charities.
 






STROLLER FITNESS! -Fitness for Mom and Baby.

                                                                    


Mondays, 1:00 to 2:00 pm

April 26th to June 14, 2010 (8 weeks) -It's not too late to register!  There is still lots of space!  This is a unique, mixed program including activity, resistance exercises and stretching with baby riding along!  Bring your own stroller and some outdoor shoes.  Be prepared to have fun getting in shape with your best inspiration cheering you on! 


No Membership Required! 

Access Fitness is the only gym in Orangeville to offer these unique fitness classes.  Contact the clubs today for information and registration.  Our Specialty and Functional Training clincs and classes run throughout the year in 8 week intervals.

Some other classes and clinics to keep an eye open for around the clubs are:

Youth Yoga -gentle stretching and poses aimed at kids aged 11 and up.  

Teen Spin and Bootcamp -Be faster and stronger!  High intenisty workouts for tweens and teens!
  



 

Group Training


6:1 Personal Training Clincs give you  the benefit of working with a personal trainer in a fun, high energy group fitness setting.  This spring we are offering:


Tuck, Tighten & Tone with Bobbie Jo:  TRX Suspension Training builds superior muscle balance, joint stability, mobility, and core strength helping you perform better in any sport.  It also improves posture and prevents injuries.


Bikini Boot Camp with Kathy:  Women have different goals in mind when it comes to training—bottom line; summer is coming!  Join Kathy to learn new and fun techniques with weights, machines, and functional exercises and take your workout to the next level!

Classes are held at Access Fitness, 170 Lakeview Court, Orangeville
. Please wear non-restrictive clothing, and indoor fitness shoes. Bring your favourite baby carrier for those enrolled in Baby On Baord.
. Mats, towels and light hand weights are provided for your use!
. Registrants should be cleared to do general fitness activities by their personal health care provider prior to registration.
